How many rooms are there at Halcyon?
Halcyon has 154 total guest rooms and 10 suites.

Check in and Check out time
Check in is after 4 p.m. and check out is at 12 p.m., Noon.

What do I need in order to check-in to Halcyon?
All guests checking into Halcyon will need a credit card and a valid ID.

Where do I check in?
You will check in at our Kitchen Counter. Here, guests are also able to grab a complimentary espresso drink or pour-over coffee in the morning, a glass of beer or wine in the evening, or simply sit back and relax.

Cancellation Policy
Must cancel by day of arrival to avoid the fee of one night’s room and tax.

Will I be charged a credit card recovery fee?
Yes, a 2.2% Credit Card Recovery Fee will be added to your bill and is assessed on the total charges from your stay.

Does Cherry Creek North assess a tourism fee?
Yes, the Cherry Creek North tourism fee is 1% of the room charge.

I need to make a change to my reservation. Who should I contact?
If you made a reservation on a website other than the hotel website, you’ll need to contact the booking agent/website that you went through in order to make any changes. If you booked directly through Halcyon’s website or made your reservation by calling the hotel, please contact a reservation’s agent at 720.772.5000.

Do you provide ADA-compliant accommodations?

Does the hotel allow smoking?
Halcyon is a 100% non-smoking hotel. An $800 per night fee will be applied if smoking is detected.

What is the Destination Amenity Fee?

The Destination Amenity Fee is $35 per night and includes a unique selection of experiences to enhance your stay. From our Kitchen Counter offering beverages and snacks, to the Gear Garage stocked full of adventure items, to the rooftop pool deck where guests can soak up the 300 days of Colorado sunshine, Halcyon’s Destination Amenities will make you feel at home while on the road.

What is the Gear Garage?

The Gear Garage at Halcyon is a unique amenity helping our guests make the most of their time in the Mile High City. It is complimentary for guests, and includes Piaggo Scooters, E-bikes, cruiser bikes, longboards, cameras, GoPro video cameras, and more. What are the hours of operations for the pool? Where is it located?

Our pool is located on the roof of the hotel with stunning views of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains. The pool is open year-round from 8 am to sunset.

Do you have a fitness center?

Halcyon’s 24-hour access fitness center is located on the lower level of the hotel (Level P1). We’ve also partnered with leading fitness partners in the neighborhood that offer a range of cardio, strength training, cycling, yoga, and barre classes in a luxurious and inviting environment. How do I get to the hotel?

Please visit our Directions page for directions to the hotel from Denver International Airport and our Transportation page for options getting around Cherry Creek and Denver. 

Is parking available at the hotel?

We provide valet parking available at the hotel front entrance, which is located at 245 Columbine Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue. Parking fees are: $20 (0 – 4 hours), $28 (4 – 8 hours), $60 (8 – 24 hours).

Do you have a house car?

Halcyon’s courtesy luxury vehicle is available for guest use within the neighborhood on a first-come-first-served basis with a maximum radius of 5-miles. The courtesy car is available between 10 am and 8 pm.

Is there on-site charging available for electric vehicles?

Yes. Electric vehicle chargers are available for hotel guests using valet services for $15 per full charge.

Are there other options for transportation?

What airports serve the Denver market?

Denver International Airport (DEN) is the 5th busiest airport in the United States serving more than 50 million passengers annually and is located 25 miles from Halcyon. Centennial Airport is one of the busiest general aviation airports in the country with an average of nearly 900 operations per day, and is located just 25 miles from Cherry Creek. What is Cherry Creek?

Cherry Creek is a walkable neighborhood near downtown Denver, and offers visitors world-renowned dining options, ultra-chic shopping, and a variety of galleries. Guests will also find the Cherry Creek Shopping Center with over 160 specialty stores and restaurants.

Is there a great indoor shopping center in Denver?

Yes! In fact, Denver’s Cherry Creek Shopping Center is one of the most recognized indoor shopping centers in the country and located just blocks from Halcyon. This isn’t your grandmother’s shopping mall. With more than 160 upscale stores including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Tiffany & Co., Burberry and Louis Vuitton, you’re sure to find the perfect gift.

What about an amazing outdoor shopping experience?

Denver’s Cherry Creek has been called the “Rodeo Drive of the Rockies” and for good reason. Halcyon sits within Cherry Creek North, which is comprised of 16 walkable blocks and features more than 600 retailers, restaurants, bars, art galleries, spas, salons and jewelers.

What kind of food does Quality Italian serve?

Quality Italian’s menu features classic Italian-American flavor combinations, creatively updated. Menu favorites include fresh and bright crudos, appetizers like Sausage & Pepper Garlic Toast, and a large selection of Prime, dry aged steaks, including Tomahawk Ribsteak and Bone-in Sirloin. Other entrée options include Lamb Chops Scottadito, Berkshire Pork Chop with Cherry Saba & Crispy Sage, and the popular Chicken Parm-Pizza for Two. Seafood is also well represented: Blackened Swordfish Cioppino and Fresh Maine Lobster Diavolo-Vodka.
