Book a group arriving from September 1st, 2024 – March 15th, 2025 and choose (4) of the following concessions for your group:

  • 3% rebate to the master on actualized revenue
  • Waived room rental (must accept and meet food & beverage minimum)
  • Waived DAF
  • (2) complimentary suite upgrades
  • (2) complimentary site inspection rooms for (1) night
  • 20% nightly attrition
  • 1 complimentary room per 40 rooms consumed, based on a cumulative basis including pre/post nights
  • 1 staff room at 50% off per 40 rooms consumed

Groups must contract 10 or more rooms per night with a $15k min. spend in rooms and food and beverage. Applies to new RFPs only. Based upon availability. Blackout dates apply. Book by December 1, 2024.
